About Attorney Lance Brown’s Involvement with the ITLA

No better representation of this exists than our current involvement with the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA), where our very own Attorney Lance Brown currently serves on the Board of Managers.
About ITLA
Established in 1952, the ITLA is now a 2,000+ member organization comprised of attorneys throughout the state. Members specialize in the representation of injured consumers and workers, helping to protect against the unethical and immoral tactics used by too many powerful insurance companies across the nation. Attorney Lance Brown, along with his fellow board members, strive to uphold and exemplify the organization’s founding principles, which can be paraphrased as:
- Maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics at both the bench and bar;
- Upholding the foundational tenets of the U.S. Constitution, and the State of Illinois;
- Advocating for the rights of the wrongfully injured;
- Protecting a person’s right to trial by jury;
- Promoting the administration of justice; and
- Educating peers on the art of advocacy.

Last week, Attorneys Lance Brown and Matthew Caraway headed to St. Louis to attend a shotgun seminar hosted by the ITLA, where we gained invaluable knowledge that can be used to benefit our clients in the future.
