I went to this firm after getting into a car accident early last year. My brother recommended them because they had helped my dadwhen he got into an accident a long time ago. They helped me deal with the insurance companies and my medical bills. They kept me well informedthroughout the entire process, and the peace of mind I got from knowing they were working on my case helped me focus on my recovery. Going through an auto accident can be a very traumatic experience especially if significant injuries are involved. Professional and I would have given 5 stars, but the attorney I spoke with about my accident where vehicles were involved, he called one of the " vehicles" a phantom. It was then, I thought he didn't believe me. He also said that since it didn't happen in the store, however the design of the parking lot is also owned by the store. I guess you pay for what, that's why consultations are pro bono. But my broken clavicle and damaged rotator cuff has had me sitting on the bench. Plus the costs came out of my pocket

I wanted to take a few minutes to thank attorney Sam, Mitchell. A few months back, I found myself in the position where I needed to change counsel for a multitude of reasons which I articulated to Sam. I won't go into it here. Unfortuanetly Sam couldnt take my case for geographical reasons.Sam would always return my calls, never said anything derogatory against my prior attorney and was very compassionate towards me and what I was enduring. He didn't know that most times when I called I had been crying for hours, thinking that I should just give up trying to find a new attorney for a case that was as old as mines. Instead he always cheered me on and told me not to give up. Because, I listened to that advice I eventually found a wonderful firm who picked up my case.I really think. No I know I would have given up had it not been for his encouraging words. It's totally my lose that we didn't get to work together, but I will forever be grateful to you for the kindness you showed towards me during the most difficult period of my life. If I could give you 100 stars, I'd do it with no hesitation. If anyone is ever in need of a thoughtful, kind, and sincere attorney I suggest giving Sam. Mitchell a call.
