Life Outside the Courtroom
Lance graduated from Frankfort Community High School in 1995. Following his father, Bob Brown, Lance was a multi-sport athlete earning All-State Honors in basketball his senior year with a team school record of 29-3. Lance and his father, Bob Brown are the only athletes in FCHS history to throw over 1,000 yards as a quarterback in football and score over a 1,000 points in basketball throughout their high school career. Lance’s athletic ability earned him a basketball scholarship for John A. Logan and Illinois University where he played Division I basketball for legendary coach Rich Herrin and Bruce Weber.
He married his sweetheart of 18 years, Chelcee Ricci in 2004. They have been blessed with twins, Logan and Kennedi. Lance enjoys playing golf, basketball, working out in the gym, and spending time with his family.
