About Lance P. Brown

Lance was born and raised in West Frankfort. Lance has 4 children – twins, Logan and Kennedi are 11, Landon is 6, and Parker is 4. Growing up, his athletic ability earned him a basketball scholarship for John A. Logan and Southern Illinois University where he played Division I basketball for legendary coaches Rich Herrin and Bruce Weber.

During his time as a trial lawyer, Lance has represented victims who have been injured by the wrongful and negligent conduct of companies and individuals throughout Illinois. He has spent his legal career handling and resolving personal injury and wrongful death cases for numerous victims for over a decade with an impeccable case-winning record. Lance’s commitment and perseverance to his injured clients have produced multi-million-dollar settlements and judgments for his clients. Lance has experience in litigating cases through Jury trials, Bench trials, Mediations, and Arbitrations. He is dedicated to representing victims against insurance companies 100% of the time. Regardless of the size of the case, Lance strives to ensure each victim is given consideration and attention to produce the best result.

During his career, Lance become a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and American Association of Justice. Additionally, he has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer and he was nominated for the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association Board of Managers from 2016-2017. 

Life Outside the Courtroom

During his free time, Lance enjoys spending time with his family, watching St. Louis Cardinals, attending his kid’s numerous sporting events, golfing, and working out.
