Attorney Tyler Nelson Dihle is the newest member of the Sam C. Mitchell & Associates legal team!
Attorney Dihle is a West Frankfort, IL-based attorney who practices personal injury law. He focuses primarily on car accident cases, in addition to cases of workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois as well as in the state of Missouri. He is a 2009 Southern Illinois University, Carbondale law school graduate and has practiced law for over 10 years. Before pursuing his law degree, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from Monmouth College.
Attorney Dihle is an award-winning lawyer and a member of several legal associations. In 2018, he was honored as a “Top 10 Under 40” lawyer by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys and was also awarded by the Lawyers of Distinction. Previously, The National Trial Lawyers identified him as a Top 40 Under 40 honoree in 2017. In 2016, the American Association for Justice recognized him as a “Young Lawyer Division Star.” His association memberships include the American Association for Justice, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association. He has been published in Legal Medicine Perspectives and has presented various speaking engagements on topics such as workers’ compensation and voir dire.
